As the first and only national laboratory dedicated to the study of biostatistics and bioinformatics in Taiwan, the lab is to develop, apply, interpret, and consult for experimental designs and analytical methods based on an understanding of the motivating science, the available data, and the underlying theories of mathematics, probability, statistics, and computer science. It helps agricultural research projects to reach their goals and objectives more efficiently and effectively.
