Abstract
不同採收期對甜菊之株高、葉長、葉寬、葉厚、分枝數、莖葉鮮重與乾重、乾葉重等性狀，以及甜味成分含量，均有極顯著或顯著之影響效應。五月份採收時有較七月及九月為佳之性狀表現及較高之莖葉產量，惟甜味成分含量則較低。參試甜菊三品系在株高、葉長、葉寬、乾葉重、莖葉乾重、產量以及甜味成分間之差異顯著。Three lines of stevia (K1, K2 and K3) and three harvesting dates (May, July and September, 1990) were tested in combination for their effects on the growth, yield and quality of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. Experimental results indicated that highly significant or significant effect of different harvesting dates was recorded on plant height, leaf length, leaf width, leaf thickness, tiller number, fresh and dry weight of stems and leaves, dry leaf weight and content of sweet components.
