Abstract
國家作物種原資訊系統之主要目標為使種原中心運作電腦化，並建立國內種原資料庫，而本研究報告主要目的即針對系統硬體架構、系統軟體及應用軟體作詳盡介紹。本系統應用軟體依作業功能之不同區分為基本資料建置與轉檔、入庫、庫存管理、繁殖、分贈及引進、特性調查、相關資料查詢、田間資料收集、植物分類學、影像作業、區域網路監控、國外種原資訊系統連線、環境監控13 個子系統。目前本系統除可與全國各農業試驗研究單位連線，以提供育種者查詢本系統種原資訊外，尚可與美國GRIN 系統連線而取得國際間種原資訊。
The National Plant Genetic Resources Information System (NPGRIS) is aimed to computerize the operation of the National Plant Genetic Resources Center, and to build up the germplasm information database. The purpose of this study is to introduce the hardware architecture, operation system and applied system of the NPGRIS. THE NPGRIS is divided into 13 subsystems according to the different operation functions. These subsystems include passport data access and conversion subsystem, receiving process subsystem, inventory subsystem regeneration subsystem, distribution and introduction subsystem, characterization data access and conversion subsystem, data inquery subsystem, subgenebank information collection subsystem, plant taxonomy subsystem, image processing subsystem, local area network monitoring subsystem, foreign germplasm information center connection subsystem, environment monitoring subsystem. For interested researchers and breeders, the NPGRC provides telephone access to the NPGRIS to search for genetic resources information. Besides, the NPGRIS also link up with Genetic Resources Information Netware in U.S.A. for query international germplasm information.
