本研究目的在探討臺灣原生藥用植物－高氏柴胡(Bupleuom kaoi Liu, Chao et Chuang)經由組織培養大量繁殖種苗的可行性。
An efficient method for in vitro shoot multiplication of Bupleurum kaoi Liu, Chao et Chuang using the axillary bud explants has been developed.
