Abstract
本試驗目的，利用引自國內外秈稉稻品種46種為供試材料，在同一栽培管理條件下，來探討開穎粒在水稻品種間之發生情形，及其對數種穀粒性狀的影響，以提供今後良質米品種之選育，及實施稻米品質分級產銷時之參考。Grains with unclosed glumes (palea and lemma) at maturity stage are usually observed in many rice varieties. However, the occurrence of the unclosed-glume grains among different types of rice and between crop seasons under local conditions are unknown.
