Abstract
椪柑及柳橙果實之外觀形態（果高、果寬）以及鮮、乾重所顯現的生長曲現皆呈單S型變化。
柳橙之果高及果寬在花後200日後其生長逐漸趨緩，而椪柑則仍有增加，但兩者之乾重及鮮重在調查結束時仍在增加。
椪柑於生長末期其果寬與果高之比值逐漸大於1，故果形呈現其品種特性之扁圓形；而柳橙在整個發育成長期間皆低於l而呈長圓形。
椪柑及柳橙之果皮在花後60日內逐漸增厚，而後則下降，柳橙於花後200日後，其厚度不再變化，但椪柑在花後200日則明顯的增加，此時果皮顏色開始轉色。
兩者果實之糖度皆呈逐漸上升，而酸含量則呈下降趨勢；以糖酸比而言，柳橙之糖酸比遠比椪柑為高。
The growth curve of ‘Ponkan’ mandrin and ‘Liu-cheng’ orange fruits as judged by cumulative fresh weight, dry weight, fruit width and fruit length were of the simple sigmoid type. During the first stages of growth,the peel grows very intensively in thickness and decreases in thickness during cell enlargement period. During maturation period, there is increase in Ponkan peel thickness, no but change in ‘Liu-cheng’fruit. We also determinated the change of the total soluble solid and titrable acid of-juice.
