本試驗將秤錘種楊桃(Averrhoa carambola L. cultivar Chang Chwei)貯放在室溫（12天）及5、10、15℃的不同低溫42天，比較貯藏期間的品質變化。試驗結果顯示，於15℃貯藏的楊桃，在貯藏21天後即失去商品價值。Carambola fruits (Averrhoa carambola L. cultivar Chang Chwei) were stored at room temperature (12 days) and 5℃, 10℃ or 15℃ (42 days), and then were compared the change of fruit quality after storage.
