Abstract
洋桔梗種子播種於過2.00 mm篩網的BVB7-1介質。發芽的環境條件為25℃、3000 lux以上光度，4週後再移至日/夜溫低於28/ 20℃以下的溫室4週。 Eustoma seeds were sawn in the BVB 7-1 medium, sieved through a 2.00 mm sieve, the environmental factors for germination were 25℃ and 3000 lux for 4 wks, then transferred to a greenhouse. The temperature was control below 28℃ or 20℃at day or night for 4wks.
