Abstract
馬鈴薯品系在產地進行區域試驗，計有臺中縣神岡鄉、雲林縣斗南鎮及嘉義縣溪口鄉三處秋作以及溪口冬作共四處，除溪口之秋、冬作均為單行畦外，另兩處之秋作則為一般慣行之雙行畦，其它田間管理依試種農戶之栽培方式。由於溪口之對照栽培品種卡地那受毒素病為害，秋冬兩作之供試品系均與另一栽培種克尼伯（俗稱大葉種、又名克難）相比較，斗南試驗以卡地那為對照，神岡試驗則以兩個栽培品種為照。
Results of 4 regional trials are reported to assess some promising potato clones for yield and other qualities. All tested clones have been selected at TART. Seed tubers of Kennebec and Cardinal (as check varieties) were provided by Feng-Yuan and Tou-Nan Farmers' Association, respectively. Single row ridges were used at Hsi-Kou plantings while double row ridges were used at other two locations. The main check varidty used was Kennebec for Hsi-Kou trials, Cardinal for Tou-Nan and both Kennebec and Cardinal were used for Sheng-Kang.
