Abstract
嘉義農業試驗分所在八十六年秋作由甘藷逢機交配族群雜交後裔所培育之實生系選出優良品系CYY86-01，經品系產量比較試驗、區域試驗及栽培試驗後於92年3月21日經農委會複審會議通過，正式命名為臺農72號，商品名稱為黃金香薯。
The sweet potato clone, CYY86-01, was selected from the progenies of a polycross population, through primary and advanced yield trials, regional trials, planting time and fertilization trials. It was formally designated as Tainung 72 (TNG 72) by Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan on March 21, 2003°
