Abstract
1. On the amount of milk secretion and its composition, there is no difference between black soybean cake meal and soybean cake meal for feeding cows.
2. For feeding dairy cows, black soybean cake meal might be used to substitute for soybean cake meal.
3. The health condition of cows during the course of this trial was normal.
4. According to the taste test, there is no apparent difference between black soybean oil and soybean oil.
5. According to chemical analysis the black soybean contain no less fat than soybean.
