Abstract
本研究的目的在探討堆肥氮素礦化及施用效應。首先取 3% 的雞糞、牛糞及金針菇木屑堆肥，分別與兩種供試土壤混合，置於 25℃ 及 35℃ 下孵育，並於第1、3、6、9、12、18、24、30、36 週分析土壤要機態氮含量。結果顯示，二林系在 36 週孵育期間，無機態氮淡度持續上升，而平鎮系土壤則只有 35 ℃的處理有此現象，在 25℃ 的處理最後都達到一個平衡的狀態。
The objectives of this research were to investigate the N mineralization of three composts in relation to the growth of leafy vegetables grown in pots. An acidic red soil (Pingchen series) and a calcareous alluvial soil (Erhlin series) were selected for this study. Chicken, cattle, and spent mushroom composts were added separately into the soils at a rate of 3 % (w/w. compost: soil) and incubated at two temperature regimes (25℃ and 35 ℃).
