Abstract
本省地處亞熱帶及熱帶，昆蟲發生種類甚多，發展設施園藝栽培，害蟲將為主要項目之一，可能出現溫室危害作物之害蟲，以小型昆蟲為主，如鱗翅類之小型蛾類，薊馬類，介殼蟲類，蚜蟲類，粉蝨類，潛蠅類，黃條葉蚤及蟎類等，害蟲種類雖多，但如設施之隔離完全，預防得法，蟲害發生應不致成為問題，因此溫室害蟲之防治應有以下之認識：(1)溫室隔離設施至為重要。(2)溫室栽培之作物對葯劑較敏感，易生葯害。(3)溫室作物因在隔離之下，害蟲種類不多，並且均屬高經濟集約栽培，發展生物防治，在成本比重上較田間栽培者為輕。(4)葯劑僅能在不得已之狀況下使用，並且應嚴格遵守安全採收期。(5)在作物收穫之後，溫室宜作澈底之消毒殺蟲處理。
歐、美、日等國對溫室作物害蟲之防治經驗，值得本省借鏡，尤其對二點葉蟎，粉蝨，蚜蟲及其他害蟲之生物防治法，可供吾人之參考。
Taiwan is located between subtropical and tropical area, so a lot of insect and mite pests occur to attack different crops. The insects and mites that attack greenhouse srops are the same as those that attack crops in the field. The most important pests on the crops in greenhouses are leafrollers, thrips, scale insects, aphids, whitefly, leafminers, leaf flea beetles and mites. The best way to prevent damage by insects to greenhouse crops is to keep the insects out of the houses. This may be done by careful inspection of all plants brought into the houses and by thoroughly cleaning up the houses by heat or heavy fumigations in the intervals between crops.
