Abstract
南投縣與花蓮縣部分番茄栽植田於2010-2011年期間，發現植株葉片出現墨綠至暗褐色之不規則形或圓形壞疽之水浸狀斑點病徵，經由病組織分離出一種病原細菌，該細菌可誘導萬國士煙草產生過敏性反應。繼將該細菌接種至番茄葉片，可產生相同病徵，完成柯霍氏法則測試。 During 2010-2011 an unknown disease of tomato was found in Nantou and Hualien counties. Dark green to dark brown irregular or round spots were observed on the diseased leaves. The bacteria isolated from the infected tissues can induce tobacco hypersensitive reaction and their pathogenicity was verified by Koch’s postulates.
