Abstract

蟎蜱是農作物重要的害蟎，其取食直接造成植物傷害，有些種類間接傳播植物病毒病或真菌性及細菌性病害，蟎類由於體形小、生活史短、繁殖力高、對農藥易產生抗藥性等，使化學藥劑防治無法達到有效控制目標。近年來由於貿易增加自國外進口的農產品數量和種類大量增加，致使國外疫病蟲害隨進口農產品輸入我國的機率大增。植物檢疫是透過法令的管制，來預防國外疫病蟲害入侵我國，使其在國內繁殖蔓延，以確保我國農業之生產環境。我國植物檢疫是依據「中華⺠國植物檢疫限制輸入規定」來執⾏。其中刺足根蟎、酪梨葉蟎及智利偽葉蟎為我國目前法定植物檢疫害蟎，需加強進口植物檢疫，防止其隨農產品輸入而入侵臺灣，造成更嚴重的農業損害；我國檢疫有害生物清單中蟎類共計有32 種，如山楂葉蟎及歐洲葉蟎等在國內局部發生，蜜蜂氣管蟎等多種尚未在國內發現但可能隨貨品輸入而傳入之害蟎，應積極強化進口植物及其產品檢疫，防杜其隨農產品入侵國內，確保我國農業生產環境之安全。 Mites are important agricultural pests. Their feeding behavior severely damages plants, and there are several species of mites that transmit plant diseases. The mites are small in size, have a short life cycle, and have a high reproduction rate, resulting in a high level of resistance to pesticides in the field, resulting in the inability to effectively control the mites with chemical agents. In recent years, the increase in the quantity and types of agricultural products imported from Taiwan has led to an increased possibility of invasion by alien pests, which may lead to the impact of Taiwan's agricultural production. The purpose of phytosanitary inspection of imported plants and their products is to prevent the introduction, colonization and spread of foreign pests in accordance with the law and to protect Taiwan's agricultural production environment. Plant quarantine in Taiwan is implemented in accordance with the law, and quarantine of plants and plant products imported into Taiwan is implemented. Rhizoglyphus echinopus, Oligonychus perseae and Brevipalpus chilensis are currently hytosanitary mites in Taiwan. We strengthen the quarantine of imported plants in order to prevent mites brought in via imported bulbs from invading Taiwan and causing more serious damage to the agricultural production environment; the list of quarantine pests includes 32 species of mites such as such as Amphitetranychus viennensis and Panonyphus ulmi, which occur locally in Taiwan . and Acarapis woodi that have not yet been found in Taiwan but may be introduced with the import of plants and the quarantine of imported plants and their products should be actively strengthened to prevent the invasion with the import of agricultural products to ensure the safety of the agricultural ecosystem.
