Abstract
95 年春作小米優良品系區域試驗在臺東、太麻里、海端三處試驗結果：其中以 TTS-8509產量最高，小米仔粒產量可達2,114～2,762 公斤/公頃，比TT7（ck）增加13.59～27.87﹪，單株粒重亦最重，平均可達14.1～19.9 公克、脫粒率高達82.3～85%、穗長21.5～26.6 公分，屬於短穗型品系。
95 年春作小米新品系高級比較試驗以TTS-8313、TTS-8305、TTS-8309、TTS-8306、TTS-8310 等5 個小米品系之小米仔粒產量為1,600～1,914 公斤/公頃，較TT7（ck）1,364 公斤/公頃增加17.30～40.32﹪。
95 年春作小米單穗選拔中以TS2×TTY-504 組合TTS-8806 的單株粒重達到17.7 公克、脫粒率是74.4﹪，穗長31.5 公分；其次是TS7×TTY-504 組合TTS8804 的單株粒重也達到16.5公克，脫粒率高達77.4﹪，穗長平均24.0 公分，屬於短穗型品系。
Results of the breeding program were summarized as following : 1). In the regional yield trial, The line, TTS-8509 was The highest grain weight, 2,114 - 2,762 kg/ha which was 13.59 - 27.8% higher than the check, TT7. The line, TTS-8509 was the highest grain weight which was 14.1 - 19.9 g, but the panicle length only was 21.5 - 26.6 cm which belong to the short panicle type. 2). The advance yield trial in the 2006 spring, five lines, TTS-8305, TTS-8306, TTS-8309, TTS-8310 and TTS-8313 were 1,600 - 1,914 kg/ha in grain weight yield. Those five lines were 17.3 - 40.3 % higher than the check, TT7. those 5 lines will worth to investigate the adaptability in the future. 3). The single panicle selection trial, The line, TTS-8806 was the highest single plant grain weight - 17.7 g and the panicle length - 31.5 cm. Another line, TTS-8804 was the single plant grain weight - 16.5 g and the panicle length - 24 cm.
