本研討會專刊介紹近年來農業試驗所鳳山熱帶園藝試驗所在熱帶果樹生理、蔬菜抗病品系篩選、病蟲害管理、鳳梨發酵等相關研究成果及產業應用成效。期望藉由研討會促進各方專家技術與成果的交流，推動台灣園藝作物產業升級。
This Proceedings of the symposium introduces recent research achievements and industrial applications of the Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Branch of the Agricultural Research Institute in the areas of tropical fruit tree physiology, screening of disease-resistant vegetable cultivars, pest management, pineapple fermentation. It is expected that the seminar will facilitate the exchange of expertise and results among various experts, promoting the upgrading of Taiwan's horticultural crop industry.
