Abstract

2011年初於國外進口之百合種球首次以核酸檢測法檢出一種屬於Potexvirus之病毒核酸片段，由核酸序列鑑定確認其為國外已報告之車前草嵌紋病毒（Plantago asiatica mosaic virus；PlAMV）。 In early 2011, a viral nucleic acid fragment belonging to the Potexvirus was detected by RTPCR in imported lily bulb. The virus was identified as Plantago asiatica mosaic virus (PlAMV) and that was confirmed by nucleotide sequence analysis.
