Abstract

蘆筍園採用綠蘆筍及白蘆筍交替採收方式，經本試驗結果初步認為係可行的，而以上半年四月至六月採收綠蘆筍，七、八月休閒，九月至十一月採收白蘆筍為最適當之方式，惟行距必須使用1.5公尺。本試驗祇進行一年，為求更確定起見，必須再繼續辦理。 White and green asparagus harvesting alternately method in field was considerable performance which indicated that showed the best way for cultivation was the first cutting season (April-June) to harvest green asparagus, according to this period was easily to obtain good quality of spears, the second cutting season (September-November) starting to harvest white asparagus, but the row spacing will be widened to 1.5m necessarily.
