一、本試驗係繼續民國36年至38年在本所及當時各地分支所舉行之水稻良種區域試驗，其目的在覓求並簡化各地區之最適及優良裁培品種。 1. This ponlai rice regional test is the. continuation of “Good Rice Varieties Regional Experiment” which conducted by TARI and its branch stations from 1947 to 1949. Its purpose is to simplify or certify rice varieties cultivated in the rice area.
