Abstract
臺南平地土壤詳測，於民國52年起至54年野外工作完成。本文對臺南平地土壤分佈之研究，得知亞熱帶氣候對本縣土壤之形成與利用有特殊之影響；由於河流甚多，土壤遂形複雜；土壤受地形影響甚顯；灌溉水亦影響土壤性質。
As an inspector for the detailed soil survey program of Tainan area from 1963 to 1965, the author made close observation and study of the soils of this area.
