Abstract
本試驗係利用簡單的設備於53年7月至54年11月在本所舉行，探討三種不同用具對各種茶葉貯存期中品質的影響，茲將試驗結果摘要於後：
1.秋茶的品質比春、夏茶較耐於貯存。
2.秋茶於冬、春季之低溫低濕期中貯存品質，可維持六個月，至5月後始有明顯的降低，春夏茶於夏季高溫高濕期中貯存，其品質經一個月即有顯著的下降。
Since tea must be stored for a considerable length of time before it reaches the consumer, it is clear that the conditions of storage are an important factor in keeping the tea quality. The purpose of this paper is to compare the storage ability of five kinds of tea which were manufactured at the same time with the same green leaf.
