Abstract
石牌粘土經作者去年研究其粘土礦物成分，發見以白雲母為主，蛭石次之，高嶺土又次之，而 A2層之有機質與游離鐵仍占相當成分，認為該土壤灰土化作用尚淺。本研究從新選取三剖面，研究其剖面形態，成土因子，物理性如機械成分，容積重，真比重及孔隙度。
It was found that muscovite, vermiculite and kaolinite were the dominant clay minerals of the Shin-pai clay and the organic matter and free iron oxide of the A2 horizon still remained in relatively large amounts, so the conclusion was made that the soils were yellow podzolic in their young developed stage based on the study of the author last year.
