Abstract
自1986年起連續使用0.005%撲減鼠液態餌劑防除穀倉鼠害七年，本文報導歷年來之防除效益。第一年防除率平均達66.3%。1992年平均防除率降至57.5%。最初使用時，防除率超過80%的倉庫比率為34.5%，最近一次則降為11.1%，顯示撲滅鼠對穀倉害鼠防除效果已逐漸下降。
During 1986 to 1992, liquid bait containing 0.005% bromadiolone was applied to store-houses for rodent control. The control efficacy was averagely 66.3% in 1986. but decreased to 57.5% in 1992. At early stage of control, 34.5% of the treated storehouse obtained over 80% of control efficacy ratio but dropped to 11.1% currently. The effect of Bromadiolone was decreased after seven years used.
