Abstract
Sclerotium rot of Trapa Taiwanensis Nakai was found on September, 1980 in several Singhara-nut growing regions in southern Taiwan. Symptoms on the leaves first appeared as small, round, discolored and water-soaked spots. The spots gradually enlarged and coalesced with others to form large, irregular soft rot tissues.
