Abstract
粉介殼蟲之三齡若蟲，經接種於鳳梨內圍諸葉部，其蟲數 50 隻者經四十九天有 20% 顯現萎凋徵象，接種於鳳梨根部，其蟲數 50 隻者，經五十六天有10% 顯現萎凋徵象。而接種於外圍諸葉者，無論蟲數多寡，均無萎凋發生。對照區之鳳梨發育亦正常。
A trial of mealybug feeding on pineapple roots, inner and outer leaves for demonstrating the relation between the mealybug feeding positions and pineapple wilt was made.
