Abstract
為探討百香果台農一號組織培養植之生育，本研究利用組織培養根苗、組織培養嫁接苗及一般嫁接苗之植株為材料，在秋季定植田間後調查其生育狀況並追蹤其感染病毒之情形。
In order to investigate the growth of tissue culture plants of 'Tainong No.1' passion fruit (Passiflora edulis Sims x Passiflora edulis f. flavicarpa Deg.), own-rooted tissue culture plants, tissue culture scion grafted on the seedling rootstock of P. edulis f. flavicarpa Deg. and common scions grafted on the same rootstock were used as material in this study.
