Abstract
水稻粒數屬於數量性狀且無法於生育早期進行選拔，並需透過重複性試驗設計才能估計選拔效應；對此，本試驗欲建構高粒數分子輔助育種模式，並評估粒數基因(grain number 1, Gnl)於我國稉型品種上之選拔增進，以提升優良後裔選拔效率。
In order to accommodate the population growth and climate changes, it is getting more popular for rice breeders in Taiwan to utilize japonica-indica cross breeding to widen the genetic basis for variety development.
