Abstract
本試驗係於室內及溫室內，探討汞劑溶液浸種對甘藍黑腐病病原菌之抑制效果及種子發芽與生長之影響，其結果如下：
1. 供試之三種殺菌劑，大體言之均有制菌效果。其中效果最優者為Mercuric chloride，其次為Granosan而Uspulun之抑制效果較遜。
2. 各藥劑對增進種子發芽及其生長之影響，以Granosan之效果為最佳，Mercuric chloride次之，Uspulun之效果為最差。
3. 對病原菌發育之抑制及增進種子發芽與生長同時有效者，以Granosan，Mercuric chloride為優，Uspulun之效果較差。
4. 在實際上應用時，以Granosan 0.1%溶液浸種20分鐘，Mercuic chloride 0.1%溶液浸種10分鐘較佳，而可任擇其一。
The most striking effects resulted from seed-dipping with Mercuric chloride and Gransan both on control of the black rot disease of cabbage, caused by Xantho-monas campestris and on improvement of seedling emergence and stands.
For practical use, Granosan at 0.1% concentration for 20 minutes and Mercuric chloride at 0.1% for 10 minutes are recommended for control of the disease by seed-dipping.
