Abstract
93年春、秋作共進行Osam X NS90-53等10個雜交組合，並進行雜交F2~F5族群的繁殖，對F5雜交後代進行單株選拔。另進行胡麻優良品系進行第一年產量比較試驗，春作以NS92-143的2,360公斤高出台南1號74%，其次為NS92-138的2,000公斤高出台南1號47%，均遠高於對照品種台南1號。
The objective of this program is to develop sesame cultivar with high yield, disease-insect, pest resistance and capsule undehisence. Eight sesame varieties including NS90-53, Osam and TNAU-2 were used to made ten cross combinations in 2004.
