Abstract
本試驗利用本場紫錐菊種原 (編號TCS89001) 所分離C2 族群 (TCS105B、TCS105E、TCS105E1、TCS105F、TCS105G、TCS105G1、TCS105I、TCS105J) 為材料，探討族群生育及成份 (caftaric acid、chlorogenic acid、cynarin、echinacoside 及cichoric acid 等咖啡酸衍生物)之差異，作為紫錐菊族群選育之參考。結果顯示TCS105E1、TCS105G、TCS105G1 等3 族群中葉緣鋸齒程度及花莖顏色性狀固定，其他性狀變異係數4.28–26.67%。在族群間成分含量平均值之比較中，cafferic derived acid 以TCS103E 平均含量20.41mg/g(DW)最高，其次為TCS105B、TCS105E1、TCS105F、TCS105G1、TCS105I 分佈12.04–13.38 mg/g (DW) 間，以TCS105G 的7.79 mg/g (DW) 最低。整體上，C2 族群性狀較不穩定，將持續進行C3–C4 之選育。
The purpose of this breeding program is aimed to develop high active ingredient of population and analysis C2 populations for Echinacea Purpurea , included TCS105B, TCS105E, TCS105E1, TCS105F, TCS105G, TCS105G1, TCS105I and TCS105J. This analysis was tested for their caftaric acid, chlorogenic acid, cynarin, Echinacoside and cichoric acid. The results showed that TCS105E1, TCS105G, TCS105G1 were fixed than the other with the color characters of the stem, the serrations of the leaves, and the variation coefficient of other traits was 4.28% to 26.67%. In the comparison of the average content of the constituents among their polulations, For TCS103E, The average content of cafferic derived acid was 20.41mg/g (DW) and was the highest, followed by TCS105B, TCS105E1, TCS105F, TCS105G1 and TCS105I, their range were 12.04–13.38 mg/g (DW).The content of cafferic derived acid was 7.79 mg/g (DW) and lowest in TCS105G .Overall, generation C2 population traits are more unstable, we will carry on breeding generation C3–C4 and evaluate their stable characters on the future.
