TALRIS應用在區域性生產潛力評估與農地重要性分級之理念與實務

本文首先介紹臺灣農地資源整合系統（Taiwan Agricultural Land Resources Integrated System，簡稱TALRIS），建立的意義及目的，以及TALRIS在農地政策中，有關農地資源調查、開發、規劃、管理方面的功能。其次針對規劃與管理方面的功能，分別探討區域性生產潛力評估及農地重要性分級之理念，並以嘉南高屏地區之大豆、玉米生產潛力為例，說明該系統時寄用於實務性作業之功能。另以臺南地區為例，劃分農地重要性等級。所得結果之意義，主要在於說明利用資訊系統對農地資源整合與分析，有其作業上難以替代的優勢。所建立之農地重要性等級可成為農地管理參考依據。 This study introduced the rationales and objectives for establishing the computer information system, named Taiwan Agricultural Land Resources Information System (TALRIS). The functions of TTALRIS were emphasized with respect to its possible applications to land resources survey, planning, development, management and policy decisions support. Two cases were demonstrated to show how the possible potential productivity of crops in different counties could be estimated, and how a classification scheme might be applied to assess the relative importance of farm land in a country. The computer information system, TALRIS, showed its functional capability in processing and integrating basic surveyed date into decision-support oriented informations.
