Abstract
國內每年有大量畜牧、農產有機廢棄物產生，若是不經處理就隨意排放與棄置，會對環境及生態造成很大負面的影響，如果能夠將這些農業廢棄物製成有機質肥料，以適當方法施用於農田與耕地土壤，不但可以顯著增加土壤的肥力，減少化學肥料的用量，且可維護生態與環境。
There were large quantity of agricultural wastes produced every year, in Taiwan. If the wastes were not treated properly, it would cause seriously environmental pollution. Through composting, the malodorous and unstable organic wastes converted to organic fertilizers and soil conditioners. When it applied to soil not only increase soil fertility to save the requirement of chemical fertilizer added but also solve pollution problems.
