Abstract
In this study, six insecticidal crystal protein (ICP) genes of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated from various B. thuringiensis strains by PCR techniques. The PCR amplified ICP gene contains only the first 652 amino acids, the N-terminal half toxic domain, of the intact ICP gene.
