Abstract
鮮菇超級片型切製機由上滑動刀座總成、下固定刀鉆、下固定刀座及機座組成，切製菇茸時由於滑動刀座受彈簧反彈作用可自動將成品推離刀鉆承座而落入預置容器中；其成品切面平整，經烘乾後外觀不變形，適合生產高品質菇茸片之用，以本機切製菇茸片型產品，平均每小時可切製菇茸1,600個。
The fresh mushroom chopper consists of a upper sliding assembly and a bottom seat with frame. During the operation, the chopped mushroom is pushed off from the bottom seat as a result of the affect of the reset spring and then goes down to the receiver. The cut surface of the product is smooth and flat. The whole slice will maintain its original shape after the drying process. The apparatus is good for producing the baby mushroom slices of high quality. The average working speed reaches about 1600 pieces. per hour.
