Abstract
臺農67號經疊氮化納誘變出約3,000個品系，已建立2,660個品系之基因體DNA pool，可供基因型篩檢。測試種皮顏色之Rc基因座，文獻指出Rc基因座一個14 bp缺失造成基因功能喪失，結果在突變品系中發現數個品系Rc基因座發生改變，其種皮顏色也有發生相對應改變，顯示可利用突變庫找到含有已知重要性狀基因的種原，作為後續分子育種的基礎。
At present, about 3,000 mutant lines were generated from a sodium azidederivedmution pool of Tainung 67 variety. Among of these mutant lines, the genomic DNA samples of the 2,660 mutants have been prepared for the genotyping in this work.
