本試驗在雜交育種方面迄今共雜交137個組合，2050株（系），收獲種子444,105粒，經育苗選拔初步選獲優良個體計581株（系），其中C64-2-87經品種比較試驗結果，認為果大、圓筒形、適於製罐，C64-7-13，C64-7-27，C65-4-783具肉色深黃、糖度高、香味濃、適於生食，待地方試作後即可命名推廣。開英種株系選拔部份，即初選2,175株，其中S64-13，S64-72，S65-209，S65-239，S65-249，S66-31，S66-80等（株）系較優，尚須繼續繁殖後裔及複選。
We had finished 137 cross combinations contained 2,050 indivuduls(or races), and then obtained 444,105 seeds under this project. By means of selection, we got 581 indivuduls (or races) with better horticultural characters. The C64-2-87 with large fruit size and cylinder shape is suitable to canning. The C64-7-13, C64-7-27, C65-4-783 with deep yellow-colored flesh, high sugar content and strongly ordoriferos is suitable to table use. We hope to expand the utilization and cultivation of these varieties after local experiment and new varieties denomination. On the other hand, we obtained 2,175 indivuduls by the firt selecion during Shooth Cayennen system. The S64-13, S64-72, S65-209, S65-239, S65- 249, S66-31 and S66- 80 indivuduls (or races) had better horticultural characters. We had to go on trying propagation and selection.
