Abstract
甘藷所含的糖分是左右食味的重要因素，因此，就食用上而言，甜度高的甘藷較受歡迎。另一方面，食品加工上要求製品須具一同規格，但因作為原料的甘藷所需添加糖量的多少是件複雜的作業，與其如此，不如以不含糖分的原料來處理較為容易。
