Abstract
於1992年秋作超甜玉米田，選用對非標的生物較低毒之蘇力菌(Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki Berliner)作為亞洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis Gúenée)之防治藥劑，並根據該蟲蛀入玉米莖與穗部之為害習性作為主要施藥時機和部位，初步評估其防治效果、用藥量及施藥時問。A microbial insecticide, Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner, which is relatively low toxic to non-target organisms, was used to control the Asian corn borer (Ostrinia furnacalis (Guénée)) in sweet corn field. Corn stalk and ear were the major plant parts received treatments recording to boring characteristics, and taking a preliminary assessment on the control efficacy.
