Abstract
Since the introduction of mushroom variety and cultivated successfully by Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute in 1953, the control of its quality was not thoroughly practiced at the time between spawn makers. So it influenced the production program. Until the establishment of "Extending system of Taiwan Area Mushroom Spawn", it gave a big step improving the mushroom variety. Simultane ously, TARI Presevered the spawn with vacuum and low temperature method for spawn reproduction.
