Abstract
本省西瓜栽作型態大抵分爲三種：旱田輪作、蔗田輪作、及河床地連作；其罹患根瘤線蟲之發病率分別爲55%，57.5%，及60%，病原主要爲南方根瘤線蟲(Meloidogyne incognita)爪哇根瘤線蟲(M. javanica)次之。There are three kinds of cultural practices of watermelon in Taiwan, such as upland rotaion, sugarcane field rotation, and river bed continuous culture. The occurrence frequencies of root-knot nematodes among the different cultural types were 55%, 57.5%, and 60%, respectively. The main nematode species were Meloidogyne incognita, and M. javanica.
