Abstract
本研究主要目的爲建立國內落花生栽培種簡單重複序列(simple sequence repeat, SSR) DNA指紋資料與鑑定SSR基因座變異情形，一共選用國內12個落花生栽培種及97個SSR引子對，在77個可獲得清晰結果的SSR標誌觀測到102個條帶，其中有26個SSR基因蠻劉蒙品間互廷見多型陸，並且有13個品種專一陸條帶可供品種鑑定。
The objectives of this work were to establish simple sequence repeat (SSR) DNA fingerprinting database and characterized SSR polymorphism in local peanut cultivars (Arachis hypogaea L.). In this investigation, 12 peanut cultivars were analyzed by using 97 SSR primer pairs.
