Abstract
利用絲瓜種間雜交所獲得的自交系與農試圓筒絲瓜自交系雜交，共獲得七個雜交組合，經品系比較試驗和抗病毒病檢定後，選出農試181品系，該品系生長強健，除具有稜角絲瓜的優良品質外，還具有節成性，早生，果實端正，炒後肉質青脆，不易變黑，雌花形成對日照不敏感和抗病毒病等特性，區域試驗和地方試作結果，19個試區平均產量較七美品種為高。
Inbred line resulted from intrerspecific hybridization of Luffa spp. was crossed with some TARI inbreds and 7 combinations were obtained. Base on the results of regional and viruses inoculated test, Nung-shi No 181 was selected. It produced goo quality, high fruit setting, earliness, resistant to some viruses, and not sensitive to day-length for female flower inititation.
