Abstract
本試驗為謀求洋菇堆肥在堆積期間，有適量的通氣與保持相當的醱酵溫度，乃參照Stoller氏1943(5)所設計在准肥底層內架設三角架以資通氣。與筆者設計在堆肥底部地面鋪設床架，在架上以四小堆之堆肥為一組，每小堆之寬度為1公尺，2公尺各一種，小堆與小堆間隔5cm，作為通氣溝，及以生一般推廣之地面堆積法作為對照，結果CO2的含量三角式通氣法較床架式通氣決有顯著的減少，而床架式通氣法又較對照組還為減少。本試驗各處理堆內、高溫區則以床架式通氣法堆積者分佈最廣，此當有助於堆肥堆積時間的縮短。本試驗四種處理之堆肥在洋菇產量上雖尚無顯著之差異，惟以本省目前露天製作堆肥的情況下，需要堆肥在製作期間保持適量的通氣與高溫，以提高堆肥的品質與減少病蟲害的發生，則應採用本試驗之A堆床架式通氣法較為適宜。
Hydrogen ion concentration, carbon dioxide content and the temperature of the compost from different type of stacking and treatments were noted during the process of their preparation. Conclusion was made with the comparison of methods of preparation of the compost and mushroom yield. Detail description of the method for preparation of compost in Taiwan for mushroom grower was suggested.
