本試驗以濕冷層積、溶脫、刻傷及浸漬GA3等處理‘巨峰’葡萄種子，探討低溫、生長調節劑與物理刻傷等因子對‘巨峰’葡萄種子發芽率的影響。 Improving seed germination of 'Kyoho' grape was conducted by a serious of treatments including stratification, gibberellic acid, leaching and scarification.
