Abstract
甘藷基腐病(foot rot)由Phomopsis destruens所引起，為近年來限制甘藷生產之重要病害。本研究於甘藷田區進行甘藷基腐病發生調查，得知此病源菌不僅危害鮮藷用之「台農57號」及「台農66號」，亦危害葉菜用甘藷「台農71號」，顯示台灣主要栽培的甘藷品種皆不具抗病性。 Foot rot disease is a major limiting factor for sweet potato production in recent years. In this study, foot rot of sweet potato was investigated in different growing regions of Taiwan. Results showed that the disease was harmful to commercial root-used varieties of sweet potato, ‘TN57’ and ‘TN66’, as well as vegetable-used variety, ‘TN71’, suggesting that the major cultivars of sweet potato in Taiwan were not resistant to the disease.
