Abstract
輸出植物檢疫係依據我國輸出檢疫規定，配合輸入國政府之檢疫規定與要求來執行，以協助農民與業者順利將農產品輸往國外市場，並防止疫病蟲害的傳播。天然災害發生後檢疫工作的一項重點在加強輸出檢疫與防治措施，避免因災害而發生蔓延之作物疫病害蟲，及由災害造成之作物損傷，導致輸出貨品不符合輸入國檢疫的規定；另一重點則為協助業者於最短時間內，清理修復天然災後受損之檢疫處理設施與作物生產設施，以回復正常輸出。
Plant quarantine for exports is executed in accordance with the export quarantine regulations of Taiwan and the Quarantine requirements of importing countries in order to facilitate the smooth flow of export and prevent the spread of plant diseases and pests. After the occurrence of natural disasters, the works of plant quarantine will be focused on strengthening the export quarantine and pest management measures to avoid the spread of diseases and pests and the damages caused by natural disasters, which may result in violation of the importing countries’ quarantine requirements. In addition, assistance from quarantine authority will be provided for the recovery of quarantine treatment facilities for fresh fruits and production facilities of crops in order for resuming the export.
