Abstract
針對各地農會與農民所重視之17種保健用藥用植物，本研究利用感應耦合電漿－原子發射光譜分析儀，即ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atom Emission Spectrophotometer)，進行2種有害重金屬元素，即Cd及Pb，與10種人體需要之元素，即P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cr及Ni等，之分析與比較，所得結果可供農業單位進行保健植物大量生產與推廣之參考。
Using ICP-AES, Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atom Emission Spectrophotometer, contents of 2 detrimental heavy metal elements, Cd and Pb, and 10 mineral elements, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cr and Ni from 17 medicinal species were analyzed and evaluated at Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute (TARI).
