Abstract
Trichogramma embryophagum Hartig, an exotic egg parasitoid, was evaluated in the corn fields at the experimental farm of Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute for its efficacy on parasitizing the eggs of the Asiatic corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis Hubner in Taiwan.在臺灣省農業試驗所之試驗農場進行田間釋放，評估外來卵寄生蜂Trichogramma embryophagum Hartig對亞洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis Hubner卵之寄生效果。在1993年與1994年春秋雨季之試驗結果顯示，此種外來卵寄生蜂在釋放區可增加對玉米螟卵塊與卵粒之寄生率，最高可達100%而與對照無釋放區呈顯著之差異。
