Abstract

為了建立矮性、易於機械收穫及大粒的薏苡新品種，經過雜交選拔後建立矮性薏苡新品系，並於2016 年進行新品系區域試驗，試驗結果顯示，3 個新品系台中育20 號、台中育21號、台中育22 號的株高均低於對照品種臺中3 號，其中以台中育20 號表現最佳，比對照品種台中3 號矮10%，並達顯著性差異；千粒重方面亦以台中育20 號之表現最佳，比對照品種重10%。 In order to develop dwarf, suitable for harvest, and large seed variety of job's tears, dwarf job's tears lines and progeny of cross combinations were selected. The results showed that the plant height of three new lines were shorter than check variety Taichung No.3. The plant height of TCS20 was 10% shorter than check variety Taichung No.3, and 1,000 seeds weight of TCS20 was 10% heavier than check variety. There is no significantly difference between dwarf job's tears line TCS20 and check variety Taichung No.3 on grain yield. TCS20 was the best line of three new lines.
